Relationship between expressive landscape and massive urban elements such as bridges, busy traffic streets, multistory dwellings helps to create peculiar character for the site. The concept of the building was to create hard volume using units of the city (concrete, metal, etc.) to frame eloquent natural elements. The shape of the volume (two side curvature) begins at the rising of the riverbank from east and “hugs” forest on the north side of the area.
