Situation: Object is situated in the old town of Klaipeda.

Task: Adopt industrial premises for multipurpose cultural surrounding.

Responsibilities: Technical project. Architectural, interior, paperwork parts.

Result: New essence of cultural, administrative, creative industries and co-working grounds had been introduced. Ground floor is most open to public with the cafe, cinema and conference hall, which are designed in the newly built annex. Middle levels are occupied with the offices and hubs, whereas attic holds a remarkable dancing studio. Preserved authentic elements and details such as staircases, bricks, steel constructions expose diverse history of the factory and create amazing spatial and textural medium to be adopted by creative residents and guests.
